Carolina PC Pros provides home customers with affordable services to solve common
(and some not so common) problems. We come to your home to repair or upgrade your computer.
By working with your computer on-site, we are better able to diagnose and repair problems with
your network connection, printer, or other peripherals. In the rare event your computer requires more involved procedures, we offer the option to take your computer, repair it, and return it to you, for a fixed price. Pricing - On-site On-site services are billed at the rate of $76/hour, plus NC Sales Tax, with a one hour minimum charge. Outside of the greater Raleigh area, additional travel charges may apply. Pricing - Email, Phone, and Remote Desktop Phone, e-mail, and remote desktop support services are billed at the rate of $76/hour, plus NC Sales Tax, billed in 15 minute increments. Remote desktop support requires that the customer's computer has a working internet connection. A small program needs to be downloaded and installed. This provides a secure method for establishing the remote connection. NEVER give remote access to anyone, unless you know who they are! Remote support is available only for established customers. Be aware that there are scammers who may call you and tell you that they are from Microsoft or another company and want to fix your computer. NEVER give anyone remote access to your PC unless you KNOW who they are. Please note that we do not sell computers. We can help you select a PC and we provide setup and data transfer services. Parts are available only when connected to a repair or upgrade service. Parts are sold at our cost with no markup. |
